As many of you know and have experienced, we are in a time of great change; energetic changes that result in physical world manifestations. As these energies change, we must also learn how to evolve with them, so we can more securely ground our energy, fortify our health and wellness, and protect our energy from others (e.g. people, places, experiences, spirits) that absorb or compromise our energy.

This workshop aims to provide you with a greater awareness of these changing energies and how they affect you.

You will also be provided with essential tools to help you move through the ever changing energetic and spiritual landscape of Mother Earth.

• Explore the essential building blocks of energy, emotions, and health and wellness
• Brief discussion & sharing of the changing energies and how this affects all of us
• Research supports that our physical and emotional environment affects the quality of our spiritual, emotional and physical health. Therefore, you will 1) Learn & practice techniques to strengthen your energy & protect you from challenging energies in our environment (e.g. physical spaces, people, and spirits) 2) Learn techniques for spiritual & energetic clearing and protection 3) Learn how to claim / reclaim your space.
