Kaigen Classes & Workshops Policies
Please review the following terms and conditions, and by registering for this class/workshop you acknowledge your understanding and agreement to such terms.
This class/workshop is purely educational and is not intended to be used as treatment or replacement of treatment for any physical, psychological and/or emotional challenges you are currently experiencing now or in the future. This class/workshop is intended to provide general information and is not meant to address your specific health situation or create a one-on-one practitioner client relationship.
Sometimes asking yourself questions about your feelings (introspection and insight) may create discomfort. Discomfort is a natural part of learning, but, if you experience too much discomfort, you are encouraged to take a break, log-off from the session and/or inform Kaulana Yoshimoto, Ph.D. You are also encouraged to seek professional assistance from a licensed mental health practitioner, psychologist or other licensed medical professional.
The materials presented in this class are copyrighted by Kaigen, and are not meant to be shared or performed on anyone other than yourself, or for any purpose other than for your own personal healing.
You are encouraged to take responsibility and be an advocate for your health, happiness, well-being and choices in life. All guidance, information, and tools are provided as resources for your consideration. Please only implement what "feels right" to you and is comfortable for your current life situation.
Cancellations & Registration Fee: Notification of cancellation by the participant must occur with a minimum of 24-hour notice. In the event of a cancellation or no-show, the participant will forfeit 100% of their registration fee. In the event Kaigen cancels the class / workshop, the participant will receive a credit for 100% of the paid registration fee, which can be used towards any future class / workshop or products for sale at: www.kaulanayoshimoto.com.
