Meditation & Manifestation Part 1

A regular meditation practice is one of the most powerful ways to improve overall health and wellness, strengthen our connection to inner guidance / intuition and manifest and achieve our greatest potential.
 
Dr. Yoshimoto will review the many benefits of meditation and the power of intention and manifestation supported by scientific research followed by an exploration and practice of different forms of meditation. Each person will have an opportunity to experience each form of meditation with the goal of creating a new meditation practice or enhancing your current practice. Participants will also develop an intention to incorporate into their meditation and learn how to use meditation for manifestation!

I loved your mediation course because the analytical part of my mind was happy with the science of mediation and the other part of my brain liked the practicum part.  I never really understood the "why" of meditation but understood that meditation is beneficial.  The class walked me through the "why" and "how" and this has made meditation accessible for me.
