We will explore:
1) What is Hoʻoponopono?
2) How can I practice hoʻoponopono in a way that supports me?
3) The importance of energy / intention in communication
4) Experience different forms of meditation
5) Meditation to support Ho'oponopono practices of letting go
Often times we think of hoʻoponopono (to move toward what is pono / right) as a process that involves many people. In this session, we will discuss the importance of hoʻoponopono within oneself and walk through the basic steps of hoʻoponopono and end our session with a meditation. It is the perfect time to let go of things that weigh us down by learning how to let go of things that no longer serve / support you in your life.
Kaulana Yoshimoto, Ph.D. has a doctoral degree in Developmental Psychology from the University of Washington with a specialization in the study of emotions, optimizing relationship health and wellness in couples. As a spiritual medium and Kahu, Kaulana bridges the worlds of science-based academic psychology with spiritual and cultural practices to provide experiences that strengthen and balance emotional, physical and spiritual health.
